There are many guitar societies available through the Internet.

Sydney Classical Guitar Society.

Hobart Guitar Society. A newly formed Society in Tasmania.

Classical Guitar in Portland, Oregan. Has a good links page, with connections to many other classical guitar societies around the world.

Classic Guitar Organisation. An international guitar society that combines guitar societies, libraries, publishers, educational resources, and arts councils of all nations. Has a good links page and members section.

Guitar Foundation of America - has lots of useful information and links to other societies.

Guitar Portals

www.allguitarists.com. This Guitar Portal was created in July 2007 and does quite a lot of promotional work to create the largest guitar community on the Internet.
